BugFix 20070504 for RunCMS 1.x released

Warning: This vulnerability exists in EARLY versions of RunCMS also , but work of this fix on early version is not tested!

It is VERY RECOMMENDED to install this fix pack on ANY version of RunCMS

P.P.S Fix worked on RunCMS 1.2 , 1.3 and 1,4 normally
